What are you making from all the food?

I soak my ears of sweet corn in water for 10-20 minutes, then put them on the BBQ for about 25 minutes, turning every now and then, and they come out nice an cooked.

Ages ago, in Greece, street vendors would sell shucked corn which they BBQ'd and sprinkled salt on it for cheap, don't know if it was just the novelty of it or being in Greece as a teenager, but I loved it and have done it ever since.

Although usually I leave the leaves on so I dont' have to watch it cook as much and other's seem to like it "normal".
