    Is there a way to increase the number of threads that show on the "Latest Posts" section? It now shows 10, however, the old system would let me increase the number of threads that showed there. Have I just missed where this can be done? Not the end of the world, but it would be nice. BTW...

    Does anyone know if Institutional Shares can be transferred in kind? DH has them in his 401K that he wants to roll over. The expense ratios are better with the institutional shares.

    Monthly Grocery Expenditure

    Averaging around $1,150 /mo for all food/dining/paper products/cleaning products etc. We host family usually once a month and get fresh sea scallops, as my 90 year old aunt loves them. Tomorrow night is a prime brisket we scored at Costco. We don't go out to eat at sit down places much anymore...

    Today I Learned (TIL)

    Today I learned that my 457 ROTH rollover starts the 5 year clock over. Somehow I never understood that and thought the 8 years I've had the 457 ROTH was enough. Always learning something new!

    I received my IRMAA increase, Arrgh!

    I believe that you pay your drug plan premium, and you will also pay Medicare the IRMAA tier surcharge. It increases the cost of your prescription coverage, but you have to "make 2 payments" for that same coverage each month. No additional coverage by Medicare for prescriptions.

    Well this has been quite the BTD year for us. A truck in the spring, the UTV in October, and today we just pulled the trigger on a new car for me. What a way to start retirement! :dance: Next year "should" be much better...I hope!:coolsmiley:
