Best day hikes in mt rainier national park .

Going to mt rainier in a few weeks . If anyone's has a favorite day hike in the park

I have not been there in 15 years, but I enjoyed Tolmie Peak Lookout - Washington Trails Association

Late last summer we did all three peaks of Burroughs Mountain from Paradise. I would recommend stopping at Burroughs Mountain 2 -- to get to 3 you have to descend and then ascend again, and then repeat on the way back. Kills your legs both coming and going.

There are tons of trail descriptions/reports on the WTA.org site - wonderful resource worth checking out in depth.
