I've seen a few suggestions here in the past for books that review withdrawal strategies during early retirement, but now I'm having difficulty locating them. I have a great deal of confusion as to the most tax efficient approach, change in strategy based on market environment, maintaining MAGI at a low enough level for ACA subsidies, etc. Any recommended reading material would be appreciated. Thanks!

Start with this series of articles first:
https://earlyretirementnow.com/2016/12/07/the-ultimate-guide-to-safe-withdrawal-rates-part-1-intro/
There are now 20 articles, but I'm sure more to come.

Next, you should FULLY understand IRS Publication 17 and several other IRS Publications including Publication 590B.

After that, there may be some books to recommend, but not before then. I will say that people tend not to write books about the subject because tax laws change while the books are being written, so the books are out-of-date before they are published.

The alternative is to consult a good tax accountant who is up on the latest rules.

Ditto the above recommendations. You will find more comprehensive discussion of SWR approaches here (including references to relevant articles and blog posts) than in any book.
