Court rules VA must pay for veterans' emergency room care

Senator at 10%, who hasn't had any care that requires a copay yet, seems to believe that copays don't exist and that all care he could require will always be free. That isn't the case however, they just haven't received any care that they have to make copays for yet. That's all I've been trying to explain.

I do have the $8 co-pay for prescriptions, but no co-pay for medical care.

Here are the co-pay rates. They are minimal for any disabled vet with a priority 3 or above. After 3 urgent care visits in a year, it may be $30.

Urgent Care. Priority level, 1-5. No copayment for the first three visits during a calendar year.
For four or more visits in a calendar year, the copayment is $30.

If you have a service-connected disability rating of 10% or higher
You won't need to pay a copay for inpatient care.

If you have a service-connected disability rating of 10% or higher
You won't need to pay a copay for outpatient care.
