Delaware statuary trust

Anyone have an experience with a Delaware statuary trust? I a considering a 1031 exchange into them with $600k.

Remarkable lack of info on them here in the past few years think there is one person who had or is having a positive experience. I've also been interested, but it is tough to accept someone else managing my money. Hopefully knowledgeable people will unmask.

We sold 3 rental properties and redeployed proceeds into DSTs avoiding taxes on recapture depreciation and capital gains. We used a broker who does extensive due diligence.
Choose ur broker carefully and interview the players that interest you.
