Do you miss anything from your work days?

This has GOT to be a solely female thing. I and every guy I know is quite comfortable going anywhere in blue jeans. "Dressing up" means a shirt with a collar on it.

DW does find this exasperating at times.

I will be that guy as an exception . I still only wear jeans for work around the house or running errands related to work around the house. I still wear a collared shirt (long sleeve or polo) every day. I am still fit and still get compliments (and DW gets compliments for me) on my dress, so I intend to keep it up.

Perhaps because I grew up having few "nice" clothes, and as a minority being treated better the nicer I was dressed, is why I still enjoy wearing "nice" clothes now.

Miss some of the people and the work in general.

I don't miss being on call and working when emergency call would come. Work all night and most of the next days was a tough think to do. Weekends, holidays family doings I missed many and don't miss any of that. Phone rang any hour and time of each day.

My feelings too,but I do miss the sarcastic give and take.
