I used to listen to his show in the 70's when I lived in Connecticut. Reading his bio tells of a varied career, but probably fun. He will be missed.

I used to set a portable tape recorder next to the radio to record some of his bits. Absolutely priceless, and I can still recite a few of them. A great comedic talent. RIP, Don.

Imus was an acquired taste and not for everyone's palate but I use to watch his morning show almost religiously back in the day before his stupid and sophmoric nappy headed ho comment. Actually had a lot of good guests calling in back in those days.
