Help Needed to turn on User Stats

Not sure I described exactly want I'm looking for with the topic header. What I'm looking for is to turn ON was on the bottom of the page where there was stats of who has post the most, or who has started the most threads etc.. in the last 7 days.
Some how I don't have it any more and I didn't look at it much but I see it is done and would like to have instructions to turn that feature back on.
