How to force a refund?

I’m another proponent of the power of social media.

It used to be that the BBB was the place to go. But, now a lot of companies fear a bad review on Yelp, complaints on Twitter, FB, etc.

As for the Dept of Insurance. I don’t know about your State, but when I complained about my insurance company, Illinois did nothing except send the insurance company a letter. Yawn.
