178 Sep 7, 2012 Been a bit off my feed, but all those shrimp I ate yesterday will fix that.
188 March 12, 2013 Wow, I gained 10 lbs since Sept. I had been maintaining between 181-184 lbs since Jan 1, but my recent 3x a day antibiotic regimen with food put on another 4 lbs in 10 days.
So...I dragged out my mini-stepper machine, 2 xcountry ski poles for balance, and started doing exercise in my living room. I did 100 steps on day 1, 200 on day 2, and will be getting going for today's session in a few minutes. I am also working with 3 lb hand barbells for upper body toning.
I am recording some fun 30 minute shows to watch while I exercise. Once I get back in shape, I will be firing up my virtual ping pong (Sports Champions game) and getting an all over w*rkout.

Short Term Goal - 175 lbs and maintaining all through 2012
Long Term Goal - 170 lbs for 2013
High school weight 135 lbs senior year, running track
