8/12/09: 177.0 lbs........18 cycling miles, 737 calories burned
8/18/09: 176.5 lbs........48 cycling miles, 1980 calories burned
8/26/09: 175.0 lbs........44 cycling miles, 2288 calories burned
I can finally report some forward moving progress. My stated goal is still out of reach, but at least I am on track! Just need to move the goal posts (hey, its football season now, gotta plug it where I can)
Purchasing a new, lighter, efficient road bike, setting my cycling goals to 3 days a week, and joining that women's cycling group is keeping me motivated and producing some results. DH was right, I have the nutrition down pat, just needed to up the exercise.
I am rocking now!
2010 is bringing many reasons to trim down: I will be a first time grandmother in January, and first time mother-of-the-bride in the Fall. That means lots of pictures and energy required! New reasons to meet my goals! Downside: Wallet is going to get beat up badly next year!
