Well I am up half a pound since last week . I need to get seriously back on track .
I saw that people who drink 2 cups of water before every meal lose more weight than people who didn't (and of course have higher water bills for two reasons )

8/25/2010 184.4 only doing once a month weigh-in - weekly is just too stressful
Back on the horse this past week and good results at WW weigh-in today. I am hoping to make my 25 lb. loss goal at next Thursday's meeting.
