Saw a really nice story on news this morning. Man won $7 million in NY Cash for life. He is a parking attendant in NYC. He "never" played previously, bought the ticket on a lark. But here's what struck me, in a very good way:
When asked what he would do with his money, he said he didn't know. He said he didn't need to buy a house; he already has a house, with a pool.
He lives in NJ so commutes to this parking attendant job. He has 3 children (they looked to be teenagers, maybe college age). Maybe this parking attendant job is his second career, or his wife [I presume he is married] brings in more money, but it sure looks like this guy just carefully spent his money.
Bravo to him.
