Yo-

I am Mike - a retired California State Certified Real Estate Appraiser.

Got out just in time it looks like - getting too old for that stuff anymore.

We have a "hammered" nest egg - just like most out there - that I took over a couple of months ago - and has appreciated well with constant care and feeding.

Looking forward to sharing ideas and experiences with the others-eh.

Thank you for the thoughtful response-

Right now - I am resting - catching up on twenty years of six hours of sleep - and restructuring our investment 'nestegg' - and catching up on long over due reading that I have been missing for so long-

Have learned the term 'dividend' and just how important it is to building wealth-

Wife and I have been on 20+ cruises all over North - Central and South Americas - and a big chunk of Europe - and hopefully have more adventures in our future-eh
