Canada needs more people, at least according to the head dog in Montreal. So I guess that means taht if I really want to solve my future healthcare and decreasing civil rights problems, the door will be wide open.

Canada's foreign affairs minister said Thursday that the country badly needed more immigrants to replace aging workers who are headed for retirement.

Really glad to see that. Could set an important precedent for Japan and other countries in dire need of immigration for same reason.
Should be good for the immigrants, the country they go to, and in some cases, even the country they come from.
