Wow -- what sad news. My heart goes out to you and your husband. I know nothing at all about prostate cancer so I can't add much to what others have said, except that we care and are surely hoping for the best. Take care.
he's got the best darn dw any dude could hope for! That fur sure will help him get better. Love you bbbami. I know you both love music - i do too - so often the best way to communicate what you're feeling...you both will be on my mind.
youtube - willie nelson - always on my mind
Thank you for your post. I'm so sorry you had such a bad experience with the biopsy. I was really concerned about the procedure too...but we agreed it was best he had one done. His sonogram and biopsy only took about an hour to do in the doctor's office.Sorry to hear the news but, as others have said, prostate cancer is a slow developing cancer and they have very good treatment regimens for it. Success rates are high especially when caught early. I've even seen reports where they say we spend too much money screening for it. Say most men will pass due to old age as opposed to the prostate cancer.
I've had the samples taken and that wasn't a pleasant experience at all. Developed an infection in the plumbing from the test too. That was very unpleasant but the test itself came back negative.
Wish your DH and you the best and I believe you'll be somewhat relieved as you learn more.
.....I'm about a half bubble off plumb
