i want to buy a pair of corrective swimming goggles, they go for like $15 - $20 on Amazon.com or other online retailers. On the order page, I need to give my diopter number, can anyone advice what mine would be given this prescription:

sph | cyyl | axis
od: -4 | -0.5 | 086
os: -3.5 | -0.5 | 095

nothing under ADD or prism

I know my visions are slightly different, I think I should go with the less negative number, is this correct?

thanks.

As I understand these (and I'm not an eye doctor), your prescription is -4 diopters in the right eye and -3.5 diopters in the left eye. Are you getting a single lens for swimming? The stronger prescription would be -4, the weaker would be -3.5 so does the manufacturer offer any suggestion.
