Reading Glasses Recommendations?

Zenni for my bifocals, and Sams for reading glasses, which I really use for computer glasses.
You might be able to do better by getting prescription glasses for your computer. Just choose a number for the ADD value in the prescription intermediate between 0 (which you'd use for distance glasses) and the full ADD value in your prescription (which you'd use for reading) and add whatever value you decide on to the OS Sphere and OD Sphere values in the prescription. Unfortunately, I can't tell you how to calculate the right addition to make for the distance your computer screen is from your eyes. My prescription says ADD is 2.75, and for my computer I've tried adding values of 0.75, 1.00 and 1.50. My optometrist says for the screen 22" away, I should use 1.50, but I'm not convinced she's right about that. Now, I'm using 1.00 for my computer glasses.
