I stopped to enjoy a few minutes at the beach on my drive home from work last fall. I am so happy we moved here a little over a year ago. It confirms this is definitely where we want to retire.

Which coast is here? Looks like sun is setting in the West, so it’s probably the Pacific. Unless it’s a really big lake.

DW & I enjoying a "Romantic" dinner on the Ocean in "Playa Del Carmen" I am the Miserable one on the left... ;)

The Second Photo is also of Me & DW after a week together. I am still the miserable guy on the left..... looks like DW has had enough... :)

Thank you. I completely agree, these little guys light up our days.

Son and DIL just told us a new baby is on the way and we are ecstatic! :)

Two cousins with matching PJs having their first sleepover :) My granddaughter is on the right. Her little cousin was spending the night because Mom and Dad were otherwise occupied at the hospital welcoming her new brother

This place wasn't open when I walked by, but you have to wonder ...

Wow! I hope you will write more about this Eastern European trip.

Fear not, another torturous and boring slide show will surely be forthcoming after our return to Canada. ;)

Really enjoying Romania, possibly even more so than Bulgaria, which we visited last Fall and ĺoved.

On Wednesday, around 03:30 a.m., we catch a train for an approximately 7 hour trip to Timisoara......we're hoping for an older one, (more fun), but are anticipating a (relatively) 'newer' model.

You are only a bit north of Wallachia region. Maybe go down to see some relics or museums about Vlad the Impaler? :)
