I have met a retirement specialist online fro Arizona. He sends me weekly market info and advice. He goes by the name Doc.........he as given me some valuable information anyone else on his email list? what do you think?

Don't know him. What kind of advice? Does it work for you? Lots of advice around, most of the free advice is what it is worth and the stuff you pay for is even worse.

I suspect he is a real estate sales person trying to find out-of-state prospects. What is he offering?

basic sales strategy...

befriend first... even though it may take a while.

careful, unless you intend to buy something. ;)

Your better off and safer too from online scams if you read some of the books recommended on this board (Four Pillars; Bogle; Work Less, Live More). Also just do searches in this forum for answers or just ask questions, lots of good advice on this board.
