Searching for coverage for my brother

My brother lives in Florida. I tried going into Healthcare.gov and found no way to look at available coverage without setting up an account. I just want to look at what's available to help advise him. Is there any way to do this without going through the trouble of creating an account?

Thanks. Both of those helped. He's one of the "lucky" ones who gets to choose from one carrier. Not really a "marketplace".
