Small condo building conflicts?

Right now we are in a single family home in a neighborhood in Florida. No HOA, and it’s the best situation in our opinion. Good luck in your decision

Thanks, I think we’re staying put. Shoveling and yard maintenance are the only things we don’t like about our smallish SFH in New England (well, that and the cold weather) but those are things people can be hired to do as I get brittle. Never having lived in a condo, I’m not adventurous enough in my mid 60s to find out if it’s the right fit now.
