Would his/her price be lower for the same service at another place where "farangs" don't frequent as often?

That was the "Thai" price. It's in the Lad Praow area of Bangkok, very few tourists so no double pricing

Just be sure that when on your deathbed and proclaiming "But I had a LOT of weinerschnitzel!" that you clarify that its the german dish and not the fast food joint!

Also, it'd be good to make sure you can get the "schnitzel" part out before you expire.
