I just received my auto insurance renewal for the next six months. Same coverage, same vehicles, and the premium went down 10%. It must be a mistake, but I'm not calling them to see why..... If my luck holds, I may head to the Casino!!

It's happened to me a few times in the past several decades. A few possibilities: your car turned out to be safer than originally thought, your driving record was good for a really long time (or a past accident or ticket is no longer showing on your record), or the claims rate in your area decreased, or you crossed over one of the magic age boundaries (later on, crossing the boundary will cause your rate to go up).

What company, if you don't mind saying? My AAA auto insurance premium just went up about 14%. Not too happy about that, I am shopping around for a new policy.
