DW is now 65 and has Tricare for Life + Medicare (A+B). Any good reason to get a medicare advantage plan too? Any good resources for researching plans?

No need for anything else. TFL is supplemental to Medicare, and automatically gets billed for the patient's cost share after Medicare pays its portion. It's been seamless in my experience. She should make sure that providers know she has both so there is no confusion, since otherwise they might bill her after they get the Medicare payment and before the TFL payment.

Thanks. That's what I thought. We went thru this before when she found out about silver sneakers. This time it was dental and vision add ons with the plus plan. That sounds good until you are stuck in a provider network.
