I'll defer to your expertise. Thanks for stepping in. My qualifications are second-hand at best; a friend who chaired our state professional responsibility board for several lyears and who teaches and has written a text on legal ethics. In conversations with him I have found him to be (to me) amazingly rigid on this kind of thing. So I extrapolated from that.
