Weird message on SSA website related to estimated benefits

OP here with a final update...

I talked to a SS rep on the phone (after a 30+ min wait) and they confirmed that the reason I am unable to view estimated benefits is due to a pending claim. I asked them to confirm it was a legit claim (i.e., ex-spouse filing for benefits) and they did. I should be able to resume viewing my benefits after the claim is processed.
