What Happened to Ooma's Webpage?

I set up a reminder to record my Ooma bill every amount. I have their premium call blocking, plus those taxes. Got the reminder today, tried to brng up the bill but then see that Oooma's website is all changed .

I couldn't even log in as it used to have my phone as the user ID. Now I think it switched to my email (which I haven't tried yet). Most noticeable is now Ooma's page seems very busy instead of just a simplified page like in the past.

Bookmarked pages like my billing, voicemail brings up the 404 not found type page.

Yeah, there is some kind of trouble there. I got an emailed notice of a voice mail yesterday but could not access it. Got a timeout on several tries.

Just now I tried several pages and got 404s on all of them. https://downdetector.com/status/ooma/ has complaints but not a huge volume.

Thanks. Good to know I'm not alone. Looks like they are suffering the growing pains of a webpage upgrade .

Think I'll make a note and hopefully they will figure out by next month.

P.S. Fingers crossed that Ooma doesn't become MagicJack. That is, service that technically does work, but has horrible customer service. At last that's how MagicJack was before I left years ago.

On the splash screen, they do mention that they are preparing to serve us better .

I'm just glad that my call blocker is set to allow whitelist only as I recently unblocked all temporarily. Would've been a big pain to have the scammers come through during this "server maintenance."
