I think you have to have a high deductible policy to have an HSA unless something changed in tax policies. If it has changed I'd like to know. THANKS..,

That is correct, you have to have a high deductible of $7750 per family. If your current ACA yearly premium ends up close to the deductible, then it is worthwhile to have an HSA.
