Happy birthday to me

Hoping to relax a bit today, enjoy some family time, and gear up for our next rehab.

I'm a bit stressed...closing in 3 days... 4 contractors starting work this weekend....and a laundry list of work to be done.

Happy Birthday! Maybe Mrs. thefed will take you out for a fancy dinner to celebrate- you could wear your new suit, which we have yet to see pictures of...

Happy Birthday.

Is this another rental house or a house for you to live in?

What's the plan for the kitchen? Any way to open that space up a little?
