Second Career Ideas and Resources

I'm 50 and could retire financially but don't want to fully retire. Frankly, I think I'd be a poor retiree at this age as all of my friends are working and I believe I still have unfinished business in my working life. I definitely want out of current career and employer. So, I'm exploring my options. Have you come across web sites, or other resources that might help me go about this search? I'd consider home based business ideas as well.

Thanks.

Check out "Finding Your Own North Star" by Martha Beck. You could probably find it used online.
