Any experience with Wadena/IMT Insurance

I'm shopping around for auto/home/umbrella coverage and got a competitive quote from this company (they're basically the same outfit doing business under two names). Does anybody have experience dealing with them?

IMT is the main company. They formed Wadena for low risk highly desirable insureds. As for buying their insurance, I would buy it without hesitation. They treat their customers well.

IMT Insurance Group has an "A" rating from Best's Insurance Rating organization. The top rating Best's gives is A++. Few companies achieve this rating. An "A" rating is the minimum rating one should look for. This is in addition to rates and customer service considerations.

Apparently they only offer insurance in six states. Too bad, sounded like a good option for me in California.
