Thanks for the background. Usually I sleep pretty well- not as well as years ago, but not too badly either. Most nights I wake up about 4-6 hours in, and the challenge is getting back to sleep easily.
Most every person I know over 50, including me, has that problem. The only friends I have that don't have that issue are those that seem to only need 5-6 hours sleep a nite. I have three friends that go to to bed at midnite or 1am and sleep thru to 6or 7. I often wonder that maybe if I forced that then I would be fine too, but I can't seem to stay awake past 11
