Although I *technically* quit w*rking in November of last year, today marks the one year mark for being officially retired. As expected, the year has FLOWN by and it's been GREAT, GREAT, GREAT!!! I was afraid that I might have some regrets since flying airplanes for Uncle Sugar seemed to be just "part of me"...but I haven't really missed it AT ALL. As expected, I don't hear from most of my co-workers except when they need something. There are a couple of fellas that I have been friends with for years, and we still have lunch on occasion, but our lives are distinctly different now. Anyway, I just want to celebrate a little bit and this is the best place to do it!
