Stem Cells Before Dental Implant

I didn't want to hijack the other thread...DH's bridge has failed and he has decided to go with implants. He has an aversion to using cadaver bone and has decided to go with the stem cell option.

Does anyone have experience with this?

Nope, in my case they harvested bone from elsewhere in my jaw, and that worked fine. Stem cells sounds interesting!
