    turn 65 next month. 60/38/2 stocks/bonds/cash. Live off 2 pensions, some consulting work and dividends. Will probably increase our exposure to stocks once SS starts if not sooner.

    American Airlines 787 Premium Economy

    Just flew787 business class from Philadelphia to Barcellona. Lay-flat seats were just ok. The return trip from London to Phoenix was on 777 and thought business class was much nicer than on 787. No experience in Premium Economy.

    1. Sit about 10ft away. 2. Old TV was 65". 3. New TV is 85". 4. No trouble adjusting. 5. Can't really get anything bigger in the space.

    stayed in some very nice and many bad hotels in 30 years on the road for w*ork. Now it is VRBO or other rentals with at least one bedroom, living room, kitchen, etc. Occasional hotel, but only top-level properties. BTD!!!

    If you have it withheld from the Roth conversion you aren't maximizing the conversion. You are better off paying through EFTPS with after tax dollars.

    Ours is set at 80 degrees all summer. When it is 110+ that is plenty cool for us.:coolsmiley:
