If you’re already doing conversions, or you’re starting from square one - this video probably won’t be useful. But IMO it’s a good, current discussion on the primary and some corollary considerations. Yes, he promotes his business in the last few seconds, but only after 15 minutes of good advice. FWIW

This guys videos are pretty good, though he packs a lot in, it’s high material density. Might be too much for some.
