Pretty neat. I don't know if it would work everywhere--I've lived in some cities where you'd eventually find yourself backing up if you tried this, and the nut behind you would be shouting (or shooting). But, I'll bet traffic engineers love him. It's probably a lot better for brake and clutch life.
