H&R Block 709 Form Question

Just wondering if anyone has done a 709 event with H&R Block Tax program for a 2022 transaction?

I had my taxes done today, and seemed to be a glitch or there was an error done. We couldn't complete the process for that part today, but he said he would see where the issues are at.
