Just paid cash in August for a 2017 Honda upgraded CRV. Have a 2013 Ford F150 with only 40,000 miles and a new 2017 travel trailer....guess I would have to put it on a house DH and I have our eye on. Will have to add another $100,000 to pay cash for it.

Think if it is cash we could give them all the upfront and close shortly after.
