Oh well, I'll risk it and try to add something serious anyhow. Something that has bothered me in all the discussion I've heard, is people talk about a 'conservative' or 'liberal' judge. As far as I'm concerned, those words have no place in this. A Supreme Court Judge's job is to interpret/rule on the Constitution and its amendments. Just do your job.
People will say we need to adjust the meaning of the Constitution for modern times, but that is what the amendment process is for. If the Judges try to do this adjustment, they are legislating, and violating the idea of separation of powers.
Am I wrong?
