Anyone successfully enrolled on MnSure? If so, I am wondering how long it took to receive insurance packets etc. Also wondering if the info updated online in your account.
We enrolled last week, and paid the premium. Have the cancelled check and a copy of the invoice for the chosen plan. Plan to try to call the insurance company next week to try to confirm, but not hopeful they will have the info yet.
Have to decide whether to keep existing insurance until confirmed, which at over $1000 a month, do not want to do unless necessary.
Everything says if paid and enrolled you are covered, but I do not want any surprises....
