Exactly mustard goes on every sandwich, well maybe not tuna fish salad.

Subway puts mustard on tuna salad unless you tell them not to.

My most er interesting when I first transferred to New Orleans was:

Well salted french fries smothered in gravy as a Po-Boy on New Orleans bread - like Liedenheimer.

heh heh heh - a ton of salt and you can 'zip' up the gravy as you like.

Dressed of course!

I didnt get past the part where he puts lettuce, tomato and mayo on a fried egg and cheese sandwich.

I was weaned on fried egg and cheese sandwiches on toast with lettuce, tomato and mayo. Often added a little sweet onion. And sometimes the mayo was Miracle Whip.

Sounds like what the Canadians call poutine. But the places I have been to that serve this skip the bread.

Poutine also has cheese curds and IIRC some sort of vinegar flavored chicken gravy.

Talk about heart attack on a plate...

At least they left the dang mayo off of it.
