question on SS/Medicare payments

Hi got a quick question on my ss/Medicare

I signed up for Medicare last year when I turned 65 and have been paying them
for 3 months at a time. Now I filed for Social Security on 3/9 and they are still processing my claim but now I received my Medicare bill for the next 3 months and it's due on the 25th of this month.

Do you think they will get it processed by then and should I wait as long as possible before paying my Medicare bill. It doesn't appear to any grace period for the bill Thanks for any help

It really won't matter in the long run. If you overpay, they will refund it back to you in a month or so.

I had the same situation earlier this year. I paid the bill, just to make sure I was covered in case of a glitch. Got the money back about 6 weeks later.
