I'm moving from Ohio to Florida so I'm looking for the best price for next year. In Highlands County Fl., the best ACA rate I can find is $992.88 for a $12,500 ded plan. If my UHC plan get underwritten, it will be out of Ohio.

Unfortunately, they want way too much info to get a quote in Ohio. But I believe you anyway!

Sounds like MichaelB is finding similar rates to TX in FL.
It's always a good idea to check directly with the insurance companies available in your expected county as opposed to only looking via Healthcare.gov. There may be more plans available "off exchange" if you don't qualify for a subsidy.
