Treligy anyone with experience?

I use Treligy inhaler prescribed for my COPD. It makes me hoarse and at times it almost makes me whisper. I have ask my Lung Dr. about this and she says to gargle and spit. I do this but it doesn't really help. Anyone here use it and have the same experience?

Had the same effect, but modified your docs routine a bit. Immediately rinse mouth with water, then gargle with water, then quickly drink about 24 ounces of water. I think the drinking helps to clean the throat.
