Howdy! I've been working for the past 44 years (first job was @ 12 folding and bagging newspapers for the paper boy), I took over the route shortly after...anyway, on year 29 currently with a megacorp. I'm fortunate in the sense that I will have a pension which equates to a little less than 1/3 of my gross monthly pay. Plan is to have all bills paid off by next May and be free June 1st. I'll be 55, will be able to stay on company health plan, and eligible for early retirement. I'm a little nervous. (Been maxing out 401K past 15 years all equities).

My wife and I will ride our motorcycles on the twisty backroads on Tennessee, Travel around the south, south east, I like to Fish, hunt, fly, We'll hike together, and stuff I guess, find someplace to volunteer etc...
