As for the 3rd quarter, it reminded me of 2008 a little bit. But I didn't sell then, and I didn't sell this time either. I recovered from 2008-2009, and after that I feel like this is not so bad, and besides I feel like I can survive anything. Probably.

Hey HC. I lived in and around Austin area for 15 years, it's nice over your way. Currently, I'm living and working in east TX, except on weekends, when I commute to Bossier City, LA (wife is there).
