I've had one of those for years and it works just like that. I can't ride a bike without it.

I can watch videos like those for hours.

Great video! Back in the real world, I helped design systems that did this for US Army helicopter pilots (situation assessment). It is a very complex problem. Made even harder when people might shoot at you.
